Car parking

• The event car parking is in Rolls Royce car park number 1 which will be sign posted and patrolled by security operatives – the nearest postcode is DE24 9HX;
• Car parking will cost £1 - all proceeds will go to the Scouts who are “manning” the car park;
• Please DO NOT park in the Moorways Leisure Centre car park.

There will be two entrances to the race site:

1. From the event car park – close to the Pits;
2. In front of the Moorways Leisure Centre allowing foot traffic between the Moorways site and the Cycle Derby youngsters racing activities on Osmaston Park.

Catering

Quaver Catering will be providing hot and cold drinks, snacks and meals.

Event village

There will be an event village featuring stalls from many of our sponsors and supporters. We hope you will take the time to visit the village before you leave the site.

First aid

First aid will be available on site during the event.

Toilet facilities

There will be ample portaloo style toilets around the site.
